Memobird thermal printer (G2) has 2 printing mode: Cloud mode and Local Mode.
Cloud mode: Need to use the memobird printer in the wifi environment.
Local Mode: Support use in without wifi environment. Only need to connect the memobird printer itself wifi with the phone, then it can use.
Remark: In the first time when you use it, need to connect the printer with the phone in the Cloud Mode first. After that, you can change to use in any mode.
Step1: Plug the power plug of the printer, and make sure the button is in green light.
Step 2: Open the Phone’s wifi, and connect it into the Internet.
Step 3: Scan the QR codes in the bottom right corner of the paper, download the App, and register a new account.
Step 4: Make sure the button in the bottom of the printer is showing “Cloud ” logo, that means it’s in Cloud Mode.
Step 5: According to the guide of the App, double-click the button of the printer, scan the QR code on the paper which printing out from the printer, then bind the new device in the app.
Step 6: According to the guide of the App, long press the printer button for about 6 seconds, begging setting the wifi of your environment in the app.
Slide the switch in the bottom of the printer, hide the “Cloud ” logo, that means it’s in Local Mode.
According to the guide on the printing paper, connect the printer’s wifi with the phone.
1.Pls make sure use the Power adapter of our Official one in the package.
2.Don’t support 5G internet and Certified Network.
3.Don’t use your hand to touch the printer head and tearing paper knife.
4.In the Local Mode, suggest close data traffic.
Double-click the button: Print diagnostic report.
Long press the printer button for about 6 seconds: Enter wifi configuration status.
Switch in the bottom of the printer: Switch the Local Mode and Cloud Mode.
Orange Light: Important Information (Press the button, then it can recover )
Red Light: Too hot or out of paper.
Blue Light: The printer is in the Local Mode.
Green Light keep on: Normal working status.
Green Light flicker: Printing/Connecting the Internet.
